6.5 Collections and Disbursements Configuration- Insurance Industry Solution - February 24 - 26- Brilliant instructor.
- Very good knowledge of the course. Lacked a bit practical experience with the contents of the course.
- Should spend less time on introduction. Should have the same pace for all chapters in the training material, instead of spending much effort on first chapters and less on the last chapters. It was very good when she spend time on demonstrating on the system and then going back to the training material.
- I'm very pleased she is very good.
- Jolyn did a very good job teaching this course!
- No doubt she knows the material, but it seems to be from the training material. I missed some "project stories". (Relating the material to experience).
- It would have been an advantage if the instructor had page numbers on her material to mach the pages in the book. Some confusions now and then about where we were in the book

Instructor knows well BPC, but there are certain subjects where she doubted
- creo que en este tipo de herramientas los intructores deben de teenr experiencia en proyectos y creo que Jolyn no tiene este dicha experiencia o por lo menos no lo demostró, se ve que su background es de entrenamiento con poca experiencia en campo.

6.4 Business Planning & Consolidation 7.0 MS - week of September 14th- Jolyn is a very good instructor. She is very clear in her instructions and thereby provide the students with insight afterwards.

- Good delivery but could have had a bit more real life experience with the product.
- Very well-prepared, which is not always the case in SAP-classes. Also, it is very good to have an instructor who is native in English when the course is in English. Overall, the instructor did a very good job.

- Good experience and background knowledge by the teacher to give the course. Very essential to teach a specific course like Asset Accounting.
